Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful (not your typical pushy car salesman). I ended up in exactly what I wanted - a 2023 Chevy Equinox. I had a problem with my 2023 Chevy Traverse. I took it to them because they were the closest dealer to my home. I did not buy it from them but they went above and beyond to get it fixed (it was under warranty) and returned to me as quick as possible. Riley in service was fantastic. Great experience. Adams went out of their way to find us the right car, which they did not have on their lot. It only took a couple of days from the time we first went in until we were able to take our car home. Price was within the range that we expected. All friendly and helpful.

The appointment process was quick and easy, I got my oil changed and tire rotated. Was in and out of there in around 30 min. It did help that we had the first appointment for the day. The staff was very friendly and took good care of me.
